Work party, May 2018 – report
The Work Party on Saturday, 5th May was very successful due to the good weather so the majority of the work was outside.
We had nine volunteers – the main inside/outside job was the Notice Board outside the Church. The timer on the light had failed and a florescent tube needed replacing. The shelves under the chairs were all dusted as was the Upper Room. Also the heaters in the Church and elsewhere were wiped down (although it doesn’t necessarily look like it!)
There was a lot of cutting back and clearing achieved in the Car Park which is always an ongoing job.
This was a very successful day where a lot was achieved – my thanks to all concerned.
