Bible studies during March.
Do please join us as we continue our study on the Women in the Genealogy of Christ as found in Matthew’s gospel and continue into an Easter-themed two week study on The Women at the Cross.
3rd March – NO Bible study
10th March – Bathsheba (the wife of Uriah)
17th March – Mary, the mother of Jesus
24th March – The women at the cross (i)
31st March – The women at the cross (ii)
Holy Week and Easter – a peek ahead:
Palm Sunday 29th March – we are invited to join St Michael’s for their Palm Sunday evening of Music & Meditation time tbc but probably 6.30pm
Maundy Thursday 2nd April – we are invited to join with friends from Bracknell and Crowthorne Methodist Churches are at Bracknell for a Maundy Thursday supper and service. Time tbc but probably 7pm.
Good Friday – our own service at church at 10am (please note the start time)
Also on Good Friday, a service of witness at The Meadows (outside M&S and Tesco) 12.45 – 1.15pm Do come along and join others from Sandhurst Churches Together as we share readings, Passion hymns and chocolate Easter eggs with shoppers. An opportunity to remind people why we have a Bank Holiday that day! The more folk who come, the more powerful the witness.
Easter Sunday – 10.30 am service of celebration.
