A Big Thank You
I have been ‘blown away’ with the help and support given to me by our Church following my accident at the end of July.
The support from the many ‘Get Well’ cards, messages, phone calls and visits has been absolutely amazing. Also, a big, big thank you to Sandra, Doug, Mary, Alison, Lesley and Keith for so kindly providing transport and with helping with the wheelchair at Frimley Park.
Mary and Alison also gave a beautiful little recital at the rehab clinic near Twyford where I stayed after the operation.
All this help and support has undoubtedly helped to speed up my rehabilitation both mentally and physically.
Throughout the process, the message on a little card given to me during a visit by Sharon which says ‘Lord help me to remember that nothing is going to happen today that You and I together can’t handle‘ has been a great source of comfort and will be in the coming years.
What a wonderfully caring Church we have. I am so grateful for everything. Thank you so, so much.’
